General Information
The North Cobb Christian School Media Center supports the instructional program of the school by providing learning materials in all formats and creating a positive and inviting learning environment. The ever-growing library is a balanced collection of materials encompassing print, non-print, and computer technology. It includes state-of-the-art electronic materials and technologies to provide students and staff with the most current information.
The Reading Room, a special collection for our K4 through second graders, is located in the front hallway across from the staff mailroom. Daily, younger students have readings and are able to check out books.
Above all, the Media Center desires to instill a love of reading in students that will enhance their education and last a lifetime.
Circulation
Students may check out as many as two books for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, they must renew in the Media Center or the Reading Room. When returning books, be sure to return to the appropriate location: Media Center books should be returned to the Media Center and Reading Room books should be returned to the Reading Room.
