Faculty

The faculty members in the lower school each hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and certification from the Association of Christian Schools International. Many additionally maintain state certification. In the K4 and K5 classes each teacher is assisted by a full-time paraprofessional. In grades one through five, paraprofessionals are shared by several classrooms.

In addition to classroom teachers, the lower school faculty includes specials teachers in the areas of: Technology, Art, Music, Band, Orchestra, Physical Education, and Spanish. There is a gifted teacher for the RISE program, and a Literacy Coordinator to coach teachers in the areas of reading and writing. Additionally, a full-time counselor is on staff to serve the lower and middle school population. The lower school office is staffed by a full-time administrative assistant. One permanent substitute teacher is on staff full-time. Before and after care are supervised by part-time staff, with a full-time Director.

The members of the middle and upper school faculty serve as teachers, instructors, mentors, coaches, academic advisors, and club sponsors. All of the faculty are degreed, teach in their area of degree or certification, are committed Christians and share their faith in a very natural way. Continuing education is encouraged, and staff development training is provided annually.
